Wellbeing

Tom Owen and Son recognise that wellbeing of their colleagues is of paramount importance. In addition to our partnership with RCS Wales, who provide a helpline for any colleague suffering with their mental health, we have all received training from Conwy Mind as Mental Health First Aiders.

We have signed up to the Menopause Workplace Pledge.

We also have a range of HR policies in place, including Menopause, Neurodiversity and Disability Discrimination that have all been reviewed by Chwarae Teg and Business Wales to ensure best practice.
