Good Funeral Guide
Tom Owen and Son were delighted to be recognised as the first Recommended Funeral Director in North Wales by the Good Funeral Guide in November 2021.
The Good Funeral Guide is the UK's only not-for-profit independent resource for funeral advice and have personally visited every Funeral Director listed to ensure they meet their stringent criteria and worthy of endorsement.
Natural Death Centre
Tom Owen and Son were recommended by the Natural Death Centre (NDC) in March 2021. We have committed to meet their standards of being flexible, transparent and accommodating to anyone looking to organise a funeral.
Fair Funerals Pledge
Tom Owen and Son signed up to the Fair Funerals pledge in March 2021 and have committed to put price transparency at the heart of what we do. We recognise that funerals can be expensive and many people struggle with the cost. We pledge to be open about our most affordable funeral options and will help people find funerals within their means.

National Association of Funeral Directors
As a long-standing member of the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD) for over 45 years, we set our standards to meet or exceed their guidelines and Code of Practice.
Prestige Award Winners
In 2021, Tom Owen and Son were awarded Funeral Service of the Year, by the Prestige Awards in Wales. The judges were impressed with our team’s personal touch, consistency of reviews and community feel. The judges believed that we go over and above for our clients.
